The second Annual General Meeting of UKAAF will be held on Tuesday, 22 June, 2010, at Augustana Centre, 30 Thanet Street, London WC1H 9QH.

All Members of UKAAF and Members of the User Advisory Group are warmly invited to attend this important meeting, so please put the date in your diaries and come along on 22 June.  The Agenda and other papers for the AGM will be sent out in the formal AGM notice in May.

We also welcome visitors, especially to the afternoon open discussions on the work of UKAAF.  However, please note that only paid-up Members of UKAAF may be nominated for the Board, propose nominations or motions, or vote on any issue requiring a decision at the AGM.

After the formal business of the AGM, there will be open discussion on the work of UKAAF, with workshops led by subject leads and board members, to scope some of the work areas the subject leads have started to develop with interested members.

The day will therefore offer an excellent opportunity to have your say about what UKAAF should be doing, decide upon priorities and offer your expertise to the Association by volunteering to be a member of one of the Task Groups set up to carry forward the detailed work.  There is much to be done, so everyone’s input will be welcome.
