Cascading Stylesheets
The website separates content from presentation by using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).  This means that a series of instructions tells the website to display the content in a certain way, for instance it makes the background black and the text white.  The content always remains the same, and can be manipulated by any stylesheet.  You can alter this through your browser by choosing Tools from the top menu, then selecting Internet Options and the Accessibility tab.  You can even create your own stylesheet to view websites.

Alternative text
All images on our website have "alt text" which describe what the picture is showing.  Therefore, the image can be understood by text browsers and screen readers.
